6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and code created by Bishal IT remain our property until full payment is received. After full payment:

  • The client owns the final deliverables.
  • Bishal IT may retain the right to showcase the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information. Any data or content shared with us for project purposes will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bishal IT shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, technical issues, or user actions
  • Loss of business or reputation resulting from the use or inability to use our services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement if:

  • The client violates the terms of this agreement
  • Payments are overdue for an extended period
  • The project is inactive for more than 30 days without notice

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh.

11. Modifications

We may update or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
